LeadMax is a series of software programs that utilise Windows-based PDAs to collect contact details and questionnaire answers. This information is used to provide a seamless lead management system which regulates and automates the process from meeting a new contact to ensuring that appropriate and efficient follow up takes place. Furthermore, LeadMax enables an exhibitor to generate customised reports to view the success of the event when measured against specific objectives.

At the event
